Bicycle VDO goldface clock and speedometer
Rare of the rarest! VDO gold clock&speedometer in one integrated case has been added to my VDO speedometer collection. This set was originally designed for bicycles but the clock was also used by motorcyclists on their old BMW from 50’s (R69S, R60, R50, R27, R67/2, R51/3).
The clock and speedometer are similar to the single versions except for the mounting bracket. The clock is mounted to the bracket using two screws located on the back side. The set shown is in original unused condition.
The clock is wound up using the lever located on the back side, the knob for setting the time is in the middle. When the clock is running it makes a “tick tock” sound.

this is just what i have been lookin for. where can i buy a speedometer blue vdu and how much do they cost???? im hoping they are reprodutions and not true antic, eather way very cool, im 56 years old and remember the blue vdu. thanks..
They are authentic old from 70s obviously.
